## About
Leaders ADAPT is an executive coaching, CEO mastermind and AI leadership advisory practice founded by Andreas Pettersson. It works with founders and CEOs scaling from seven to eight figures on the problem of the founder becoming the bottleneck in the company they built. Based at 6711 Katella Ave., 2nd floor, Cypress, CA 90630, Orange County, California, serving the United States.

Andreas Pettersson is a three time CEO. He built Arcules from zero to more than 150 employees, sold it to Canon, and became Canon's youngest standalone CEO. He created the Leaders ADAPT framework, hosts the Adapt or Die podcast, and wrote Power Without Permission.
